1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mratm888 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Member") who accesses, registers, or otherwise uses the services available at mratm888.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of mratm888, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and all supplementary rules published on this platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on mratm888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation in placing bets or using the Platform's services.
• You must not currently be subject to any form of self-exclusion agreement with the Platform or any other gaming operator.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent points when the Platform requests updated information.
• You must not hold an existing account on mratm888. Each individual is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of services on mratm888, including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility, you are required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This is a mandatory compliance step that protects both the Platform and its Members.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide at minimum: a valid and unique email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and your date of birth. All information submitted must be accurate and current.

4.2 KYC Documentation

You may be asked at any time to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 3 months)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document alongside a handwritten note containing your username and the current date
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your DuitNow or FPX account, or a bank statement matching your registered name)

4.3 Verification Timeframe

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of all required documentation. During this period, withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification. Deposits and gameplay are generally permitted during verification unless a specific flag has been raised on the account.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to adhere to the following general terms of use at all times:

• You will use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Deposits are processed in real time for all supported Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20/ERC20, Bitcoin) may take up to 30 minutes depending on network confirmation times.

mratm888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your financial institution or eWallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of our control.

6.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Unverified accounts, or accounts flagged for review, may experience processing times of up to 5 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the mratm888 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to an approved payment method will be suspended pending documentation review.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on mratm888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. mratm888 is not responsible for any fluctuations in cryptocurrency values between deposit and conversion.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mratm888 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general bonus policy:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Bonuses are intended for individual use only. Claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related funds and account suspension.
• mratm888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel bonuses at any time without prior notice in cases where abuse is suspected.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer tables, specific slots) may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gaming sessions on mratm888 are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game, sportsbook market, or live casino table. The following general rules apply to all activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Technical issues on the Member's side (internet disconnection, device failure) do not entitle the Member to a refund of a confirmed wager.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on a sports betting market (e.g., manifestly incorrect odds caused by a data feed error), mratm888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Members' accounts.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the accuracy of real-time data feeds. In the event of a material data feed failure during a live event, affected bets may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
• All slot and casino games use certified RNG software. Game outcomes are independent of previous rounds and cannot be influenced by any party.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the full payout to be awarded. Partial wins are not paid unless the specific parlay product states otherwise.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mratm888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per individual, household, or IP address without prior written permission from mratm888.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using mratm888 as a channel to process, transfer, or conceal funds of illegal origin. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated betting software to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any gains obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating another individual or organisation in communications with the Platform.

10 Responsible Gambling

• Session Time Limits: Receive automated alerts when you have been logged in continuously for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any promotional communications and your account will be inaccessible.
• Reality Checks: Enable pop-up reminders at set intervals showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the mratm888 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical assets, game content, software, written materials, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of mratm888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any Platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mratm888 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• The use or inability to use the Platform or any of its services;
• Losses arising from gaming or sports betting activity;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond the Platform's reasonable control;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Account Termination

mratm888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Platform determines that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• The Member's account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• The Member is found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., underage, self-excluded, or located in a restricted jurisdiction);
• The account is being operated by an automated system rather than a human being.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balances associated with the account — including pending withdrawals — may be withheld pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent balances will be forfeited in full.

Members wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method subject to applicable verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mratm888 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the Platform's notification system or email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute between a Member and mratm888, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through the Platform's internal customer support escalation process.

If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels within a reasonable timeframe, either party may refer the matter to an appropriate independent dispute resolution body. mratm888 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all Member complaints.
