🇲🇾 Our Story

About mratm888 —
Built for Malaysian Players

We started with one clear goal: give Malaysian players the online gaming experience they actually deserve — fast, fair, and fully in their corner. Here's how we got here.

mratm888
Who We Are

A Platform Born in Malaysia,
Built for Every Malaysian Bettor

mratm888 was founded by a team of seasoned gaming professionals who shared one frustration: Malaysian players were underserved. Slow withdrawals, clunky interfaces, limited local payment options, and indifferent customer support had become the norm. We set out to change that.

Launched over eight years ago, mratm888 has grown from a modest sports betting portal into one of Malaysia's most comprehensive online gaming platforms. Today, we offer over 1,200 games spanning live casino tables, premium slot titles, football betting, esports wagering, and more — all accessible from a single account, whether you're in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or Shah Alam.

We built our platform with the Malaysian player in mind — which means DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and all major local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are supported natively. No workarounds, no delays. Most withdrawals clear within 5 to 15 minutes.

We are proud of the trust our community has placed in us, and we hold that trust to the highest standard every single day.

Our Mission & Core Values

Every decision we make at mratm888 — from product features to payout policies — is guided by these principles.

Player Safety First

Security is non-negotiable. We employ 256-bit SSL encryption, multi-factor authentication options, and rigorous fraud monitoring to keep every account protected. Your funds and personal data are treated with the utmost care.

Fairness & Transparency

All games on mratm888 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies. We publish RTP rates openly and never manipulate outcomes. What you see is what you play.

Speed & Reliability

We maintain a 98.5% uptime guarantee with redundant server architecture. Deposits are credited instantly, and most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes — because waiting for your own money is never acceptable.

Community & Belonging

We are not just a platform — we are a community. From Liga Super Malaysia match previews to EPL betting guides, we create content and experiences that resonate with the genuine passion Malaysian sports fans bring to the game.

Responsible Gambling

We believe gaming should always be a source of entertainment — never stress. mratm888 provides deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, reality check reminders, and links to professional support resources for players who need help. For players aged 21 and above only.

Local Roots, Global Standards

While we are built specifically for the Malaysian market — with RM deposits, local language customer service, and familiar payment methods — we operate to international gaming standards in terms of security, game quality, and compliance.

Our Journey

How mratm888 Grew Into Malaysia's Most Trusted Gaming Platform

From a small sports betting startup to a full-service casino and betting platform serving hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players — here is our story, milestone by milestone.

mratm888
2016 — The Beginning
Platform Launch

mratm888 launched as a focused sports betting portal, offering football odds on the EPL and Liga Super Malaysia. Our small but dedicated team processed the first 500 player accounts from our Kuala Lumpur operations hub.

2017 — Expanding the Portfolio
Live Casino Goes Live

We integrated our first live dealer studio, bringing real-time baccarat, blackjack, and roulette tables to Malaysian players 24 hours a day. Player count surpassed 20,000 within the first quarter.

2019 — Going Mobile
Full Mobile Optimisation

Recognising that most Malaysian players game on mobile, we rebuilt the platform from the ground up with a mobile-first architecture. Load times dropped by 60% and mobile player retention improved significantly.

2020 — Local Payments Revolution
DuitNow, FPX & eWallet Integration

We became one of the first Malaysian gaming platforms to natively integrate DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost — removing the friction that had frustrated Malaysian players for years.

2022 — Crypto-Friendly Platform
USDT & BTC Deposits Welcomed

Responding to growing demand from tech-forward Malaysian players, mratm888 introduced cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal support, including USDT (TRC20/ERC20) and Bitcoin — with zero platform-side transaction fees.

2024 — Community Milestone
500,000 Registered Members

mratm888 crossed the half-million registered member milestone — a testament to the trust our community places in us. We celebrated with a platform-wide bonus event and launched our four-tier VIP Club for long-term players.
